- You agree to the applicable membership and/or legal services agreement
Until that time:
- No attorney-client relationship exists
- Information submitted through the website may not be treated as confidential
4. No Guarantee of Availability or Results
AutoCounsel does not guarantee:
- Immediate or continuous attorney availability
- That any particular attorney will handle your matter
- Any specific legal outcome or result
Legal outcomes depend on the facts, applicable law, and other factors beyond our control.
5. Not Insurance / No Risk Assumption
AutoCounsel is not an insurance company and does not provide insurance coverage or indemnity.
Membership provides access to legal services and support—not risk transfer or financial protection.
6. Eligibility
The Service is intended for individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Are Florida licensed drivers
- Maintain valid Florida bodily injury automobile insurance coverage
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these requirements are not met.
7. Membership, Billing, and Payments
By enrolling in a membership:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees
- You authorize recurring billing where applicable
- Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including Stripe
AutoCounsel reserves the right to:
- Modify pricing with reasonable notice
- Suspend or terminate services for non-payment
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain current and truthful account details
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable law
- Not misuse or interfere with the Service

16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
