AutoCounsel Terms of Use

Last Updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AutoCounsel website, platform, or related services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

AutoCounsel is a law firm membership service that provides access to legal guidance and support for drivers.

The Service may include:

  • Access to AutoCounsel attorneys
  • Legal guidance and consultation
  • Administrative and support services
  • Educational resources

Use of the website alone does not create an attorney-client relationship.

3. Attorney-Client Relationship

An attorney-client relationship is formed only when:

  • You enroll as a member, and
  • You agree to the applicable membership and/or legal services agreement

Until that time:

  • No attorney-client relationship exists
  • Information submitted through the website may not be treated as confidential

4. No Guarantee of Availability or Results

AutoCounsel does not guarantee:

  • Immediate or continuous attorney availability
  • That any particular attorney will handle your matter
  • Any specific legal outcome or result

Legal outcomes depend on the facts, applicable law, and other factors beyond our control.

5. Not Insurance / No Risk Assumption

AutoCounsel is not an insurance company and does not provide insurance coverage or indemnity.

Membership provides access to legal services and support—not risk transfer or financial protection.

6. Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Are Florida licensed drivers
  • Maintain valid Florida bodily injury automobile insurance coverage

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these requirements are not met.

7. Membership, Billing, and Payments

By enrolling in a membership:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees
  • You authorize recurring billing where applicable
  • Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including Stripe

AutoCounsel reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing with reasonable notice
  • Suspend or terminate services for non-payment

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain current and truthful account details
  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable law
  • Not misuse or interfere with the Service

9. Communications (Calls, SMS, and Email)

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from AutoCounsel, including:

  • Calls, text messages, and emails
  • Service updates and account notifications
  • Informational and occasional promotional communications

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time, including by replying “STOP” to text messages.

10. Call Recording and Analytics

We may use call tracking, analytics tools, and recording technologies where permitted by law.

By using the Service, you consent to these practices.

11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance functionality, analyze usage, and support marketing efforts.

Please refer to our Cookie Policy for more information.

12. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for:

  • Payment processing
  • Communications
  • Technology infrastructure
  • Analytics and marketing

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

AutoCounsel makes no warranties regarding:

  • Availability or uninterrupted operation
  • Accuracy or completeness of content
  • Suitability for any particular purpose

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoCounsel shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of income, data, or business opportunities

AutoCounsel’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoCounsel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Service
